On the 4th, ‘The 6th Korea Sharing Awards’ was held at the Memorial Hall of the National Assembly. This ‘6th Korea Sharing Awards’ was hosted by Nanum News, in cooperation with the Council for Humanism Recovery Movement.
Representative Oh, who works as specialist in welfare sector for International Research Institute for Family Welfare, has developed family reconciliation programs such as divorce prevention program, suicide prevention, intergenerational communication program, etc., and is spearheading to spread these programs.
Representative Oh said, “Receiving this Sharing Award, I’ll work more and harder in sharing and volunteer activities.”
Particularly, representative Oh Seo-jin is known to be the biological mother of famous group JYJ’s member Kim Jaejoong.
She said that she was planning to publish a book sharing her own experiences about the dead zone of social welfare system, her painful experience due to family dissolution, family conflict, etc.
Meanwhile, for over 20 years, she has been in contact with many organizations in helping young people, elders who live alone, children with heart disease, free surgery for elderly, etc., performing good deeds.
When being asked about malicious rumors that she has demanded money from her successful son, she smiled and said, “It’s my son who knows better [than anyone] about what’s happening.”

Representative Oh Seo-jin is pursuing a master’s degree majoring in Elderly Welfare at Sejong University.
