Leeteuk stated, "What’s special about this performance is the style we used to set up the stage. We took the idea of the “continental drift theory” and used it to create our own “stage lift theory”. Up till now, we have had performances where we were lifted up into the air. This time, however, the stage itself moved around, which made this show even more spectacular."
The concert lasted for about 4 hours which included performances from their 5th album "Mr Simple" as well as their hit singles "Sorry Sorry", "Don't Don" and "U". The successful first leg of the "Super Show 4" drew over 20,000 fans from Korea and overseas as well.
